How does it work?

The steps to use this software as as follows:

Create an account
  • Choose between personal and business
  • Read and agree to the EULA
  • Choose the number of computers and details (business accounts only)
  • Enter your contact information and choose a password
  • Submit your information and your account is created
Verify your account
  • Once your account is created and email is sent to the address you provided
  • Click the link in email to verify your account
Download and install the client software
  • Download the client software
  • Extract the contents of the zip file
  • Double click Setup.exe and follow the directions on the screen
  • After the software is installed, the client will report back when the computer is started and at predefined intervals
Pay subscription fees (business accounts only)
  • Use a credit card or PayPal account to pay
  • Choose the number of computers and details
  • Choose the number of months to pay
  • Finish the transation at PayPal.com
  • We will send an email when the transaction is complete
Give an IP Address report to law enforcement if your computer is lost or stolen
  • When a computer reports back, the details of its IP Address and GeoCoding are recorded
  • The IP Address can tell where the computer is, and who owns the internet connection it is using
  • Generate an IP Address report by clicking the IP address in the computer or details section
  • Give the IP Address report to law enforcment, they will contact the owner of the IP Address and attempt to recover your property
