Before contacting us please be sure that:
  • You have read the tutorial.
  • You have joined the site
  • Once joined you have verified your account.
  • The software is installed correctly (before it was lost or stolen).

If you have done all the above, please be aware that:
  • We are not a recovery service and will not recover your computer for you, we provide a means for law enforcment to track it.
  • We can not give you the exact location, only law enforcment can do that.
  • You will need to provide law enforcment with the information.
  • The software must be installed prior to the computer becoming lost or stolen.
